Gemstone Returns and Refunds

Unused, unaltered gemstones may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they include the original lab certificate and packaging. Energized or worn gemstones are non-returnable.

Astrological Consultation

All paid consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced. In case of technical issues on our end, sessions will be rescheduled at no charge.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Durgapur, West Bengal.
